MILITARY MIGHT, ULTIMATE FACTORIES, AND MANAGING MINUTES KICK OFF A BUSY SEASON AT HOFF PRODUCTIONS, INC.

SAN FRANCISCO - April 3, 2006 -
Hoff Productions, Inc. announces its Spring and Summer production slate with an exciting programming line-up for National Geographic Channel, Military Channel, Fine Living and TLC. From witnessing the gut-wrenching physical and mental military contest revealing the Best Ranger for Military Channel to illuminating the world of birth anomalies in One Too Many for TLC; from exploring the country's scions of manufacturing and engineering in Ultimate Factories for National Geographic Channel to uncovering savvy solutions for the time-starved American in What's Your Time Worth? for Fine Living, Hoff Productions jumps into a breadth of genres in '06.

"Our proven track-record with science and technology programs as well as lifestyle programs has produced solid ratings for our clients and our production slate speaks to these successes," President and Executive Producer Michael Hoff said. "We produced Alcatraz and Monster Truck shows for NGC that continue to pull in great ratings and the network's turned to us to produce more science and engineering shows that have very strong back stories. In addition to the 'nuts and bolts' shows, we're branching into wildlife for NGC with 'Hooked: Monster Fish!' ? an incredible show about amazingly huge fish. We're also thrilled to be working with networks from both Scripps and Discovery families. Fine Living is relying on us to produce a new series called 'What's Your Time Worth?' for their re-focused line-up and we're continuing to work with TLC and Military Channel on fascinating specials and miniseries."

What's Your Time Worth? is Hoff Productions's first project with Fine Living. Hoff Productions is also launching a new relationship with National Geographic Channel International ? the sister broadcaster of the US network. A co-production between NGC-US and International, Ultimate Factories is a headliner in the broadcasters' Fall line-up. Like other NGC productions, this 4-part miniseries will be shot and edited in High Definition. "Last year, we converted our post facilities to HD. It's really paid off. It helps prevent budgets from getting out of control and also proves to be more timely and efficient," Hoff said.

In addition to the current slate, Hoff Productions also has several other projects in the pipeline from NGC-US including titles such as Fantastic Food Factories, Moonshine, and Thrill Zone, a continuation of the SOS: The Science of Speedboat Accidents spread to other types of crashes. Hoff Productions will also produce its third season of NextFest 2006 for the Science Channel.
