HOFF PRODUCTIONS INKS DEAL WITH OFF THE FENCE TO DISTRIBUTE DOC PACKAGE

SAN FRANCISCO - June 2, 2006 -
On the heels of two successful partnerships, leading US-based independent production house Hoff Productions, Inc. and Amsterdam-based distributor Off the Fence (OTF) have signed their third and largest distribution deal, announced Hoff Productions's President and Executive Producer Michael Hoff today. OTF will distribute a 9-hour package of high-definition programming worldwide, excluding the US and English-speaking Canada. Slated to premiere on National Geographic Channel US, the line-up contains a variety of genres from science and engineering to history and culture.

"OTF has been great to work with over this last year," Hoff commented. "As we began to develop new programs for National Geographic Channel, we looked to OTF as our natural global partner for these shows. Our programming sensibilities are in sync and OTF's knowledge of the international market is second to none."

Currently, OTF distributes Extreme Powerboats, Mega Structures: Berlin Wall, Mega Structures: Alcatraz, and When Nature Strikes for the non-fiction producer.

Scheduled to roll out beginning 4/06 and into 1/07, the package includes specials and mini-series Thrill Zone (3x60), Fantastic Food Factories (2x60), Mega Structures (2x60), Mega Brewery (1x60), and Moonshine: The History of White Lightning (1x60). Thrill Zone traces the design evolution of racecars, dragsters, motorcycles, and competitive aircraft through their technical failures. Fantastic Food Factories, Mega Brewery, and Moonshine take an intimate look inside how iconic foods and beverages are made and then end up in our homes. All shows will be produced in High Definition.

In addition to the OTF-distributed package, Hoff Productions is producing seven other programs for NGC, including Mega Factories (3x60), Whoppers (1x60), Alcatraz (2x60) and Red Triangle (1x60).
