MEGA FACTORIES, 401K GURUS, AND “GREEN” CARS ROLL INTO BUZZING HALLS AT HOFF PRODUCTIONS, INC.
SAN FRANCISCO, April 16, 2007 --- Hoff productions, Inc. (HOFF) announces its latest production slate with an exciting programming line-up for National Geographic Channel, Fine Living TV Network and Voom’s Equator HD. From exploring the world’s masters of manufacturing in Ultimate Factories to meeting eco-friendly car designers in Future Wheels to uncovering savvy retirement strategies in Top 401K Mistakes, these shows are the tip of the iceberg for the bustling HOFF year.
“Last year was the best year in our history and we’re thrilled to be kicking off this spring busier than ever,” President and Executive Producer Michael Hoff said. “In 2006, we produced a record number of hours in high def, twenty-two to be exact, and added new clients such as Smithsonian Networks and Fine Living TV Network. Those projects as well as our SD productions really helped lay the groundwork for our full start this year.”
HOFF’s inking a deal with NGC that includes six more episodes of the highly-rated Ultimate Factories. The production company produced four in 2006 – Budweiser, Harley-Davidson, John Deere, and Peterbilt – and will go global with new brands in this next round. On the heels of last year’s successful Hooked: Monster Fish, HOFF will also produce several wildlife hours. “Our talented staff pulled off a variety of complex shows, and their hard work and perseverance paid off. We’ve enjoyed working with NGC on developing unique story angles and look forward to further building great shows together,” Hoff said. In addition, HOFF has other projects in the pipeline for NGC including Shark Battleground: The Red Triangle, and Mega Falls.
Also on the slate are the series Future Wheels for Voom Equator HD network and two specials for Fine Living TV Network - Top 401K Mistakes and Quit Your Job. Future Wheels follows the gurus of green vehicles profiling the newest technologies like solar, electric, and vegetable oil-run cars. The Fine Living TV Network specials provide practical advice for retirement and career change, combining “news you can use” with real life experiences and expert advice. “We’ve been in business for almost 15 years and have worked with such a wide client list. From lifestyle to hard science genres, it’s great to be working with networks that help us grow creatively. Within that, we also have to anticipate the cultural zeitgeist and adapt quickly to meet the needs of our clients,” Hoff said.
HOFF is currently in production on the following series and specials:
